I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience working with diverse populations in mental health clinical settings, providing psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups, as well as crisis intervention. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. I have been honored to provide services for those experiencing trauma, grief, crisis, and a multitude of other transitions and mental health states.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Choosing a therapist for yourself or a loved one can be a difficult task. Someone first entering into a therapeutic relationship often feels overwhelmed, confused anxious and vulnerable. It’s important to feel safe knowing that you are truly being heard and respected. A crucial piece of the process is trusting that your counselor has sufficient experience to patiently guide you through the process of self-discovery on your path to wellness and feeling whole.

My experience in the utilization of multiple treatment modalities allows me to craft an approach to your personal challenges that meets you where you are and continuously guides your progress on the road to wellness.
