A crucial piece of the process is trusting that your counselor has sufficient experience to patiently guide you through the process of self-discovery on your path to wellness and feeling whole. I have over 12 years of clinical experience as a practitioner, clinical supervisor and a continuous learner in therapeutic practices. My experience in the utilization of multiple treatment modalities allows me to craft an approach to your personal challenges that meets you where you are and continuously guides your progress on the road to wellness.
