Stacy Wallace, LPC

Psychotherapist
1650 38Th St., #100E, Boulder, CO
Hi! I'm Stacy. I'm an Alabama native (WAR EAGLE), a two-time divorce thriver, and a mind-body enthusiast. As an Experiential Therapist and Breathworker, I help women find the right tools to resolve trauma, consciously evolve, and harness happiness. I love working with women who find themselves challenged in the relationship, career, and family departments of life. My approach is interactive, empowerment-based, and utilizes the mind and body. I currently offer hybrid sessions, which means a combination of in-person and teletherapy. I am an experientially trained therapist (i.e. the interactive, mind and body stuff). While we will engage in traditional talk therapy, we will also explore stuck points using breath, movement, art, role reversal, acting as if, and connecting with strengths. If you've never heard of 'Experiential Therapy,' don't worry. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to heal. During our first session, you can expect to be heard and seen -- one of the most powerful things I can offer you is the space to be witnessed and validated. During the following sessions, you’ll take away what you ask for. Do you want written homework? Cool. Do you want a specific skill to practice? Done. Do you want to marinate on what you've uncovered? Great. If you’re ready to co-create your healing experience, live a life of abundance, experience present moment awareness, integrate self-limiting beliefs, and develop a loving relationship with self, then we’ll be a great fit for each other!
