DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. Witnessing the impact of mental health challenges in my community and even within my own family, as well as how these issues affected individuals from all walks of life, inspired my path toward therapeutic care. This experience deepened my commitment to helping others navigate their own mental health journeys through a thoughtful, strength-focused lens that honors each person’s experiences.
