Hi, I'm Stefanie! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are not sure where to begin or are returning after time away. My goal is to make that process feel a little easier. I create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic approaches, and IFS to help you better understand what is underneath the thoughts, emotions, and patterns you are experiencing. We will also build practical skills you can use outside of sessions to manage distress, strengthen self-esteem, navigate change, and feel more confident in yourself and your relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone. I will meet you where you are, take the time to understand what matters most to you, and work alongside you toward the goals you choose for yourself.
