I aim to help you with upsets or interferences in your daily functioning and emotional health by providing a safe space to process, discuss, and learn new techniques to work through these issues. I strive to foster healing, rebuilding, and triumph so you can reach your goals. You can count on me to be warm, realistic, empathetic, and non-judgmental as you process your concerns during sessions. I am experienced in treating mental health concerns like ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, mood disorders, relationship issues, couples’ concerns, and more. I use a combination of motivational interviewing, strength-based, solution-focused, emotionally focused, eye movement reprocessing and desensitization (EMDR), and acceptance and commitment therapy.
