During the last 7 years practicing as a therapist, I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, working through trauma, coping with high stress environments and navigating relationships.

My therapuetic approach is trauma-informed and client-centered. I draw from modalities such as CBT, narrative and relational therapies tailored to my clients' needs.
