Getting to know Stephanie Ramirez

Stephanie is the owner and psychotherapist of Roots of Resonance, LLC. As a somatic and IFS-informed practitioner with training in Mental Health Nutrition, I approach healing as a holistic journey of body, mind, and spirit. My work is grounded in body-centered techniques that create a supportive space for deep healing, self-discovery, and transformation by integrating a broad range of therapeutic tools and perspectives. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have a special passion for working with grief, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. As someone who is part of the Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities, I strive to offer an inclusive and compassionate approach to therapy. (Hablo español fluido.) I also support clients who explore with the use of psychedelics and plant medicine. With compassion and reverence, I help clients integrate the insights from their journey into their everyday life. Outside of my practice, I find joy in creativity and nature. Whether I’m making candles, painting, dancing, or spending time outdoors, these moments help me stay grounded and inspired.
