I am a licensed clinical social worker, who works primarily with women and teens navigating anxiety, depression, low selfesteem, and trauma. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can truly feel seen and heard. I currently offer individual therapy via telehealth, focusing on clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and reconnect with their sense of self.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
