Getting to know Stephanie Sulman

I love working with self-diagnosed, late-diagnosed, or those who suspect they are Autistic, an ADHDer, or AuDHDer. I am also passionate about supporting individuals with OCD, childhood trauma, family-of-origin issues, religious trauma, and those who are LGBTQIA+. I incorporate somatic therapies, IFS-informed techniques, EMDR-informed techniques, polyvagal theory, reparenting techniques, neurodivergent-friendly DBT skills, ERP, and Rumination-Focused ERP. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University.

I take a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, anti-oppressive approach and view self-compassion and an internal sense of safety as the foundation for meaningful, sustainable change.
