I am a dedicated mental health therapist with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Therapy and over six years of experience in the field. Having spent most of my adult life in helping professions, I began my career working in addiction treatment, which offered me deep insight into the complex and varied challenges people face. Today, I work with individuals, couples, and teens, supporting clients through a wide range of concerns—including anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, addiction, and communication issues. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
