Skills-Based Therapy for Caregivers, Parents, and Grieving Hearts. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, skills-focused therapy. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and emotion regulation tools to help you manage stress, reduce guilt, and reconnect with what gives your life meaning. You don’t need to have it all together. you just need a place to start healing and rebuilding balance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help caregivers, parents, and those experiencing loss find practical ways to manage stress and restore emotional balance. My sessions focus on building coping skills and problem-solving strategies, so you can feel grounded and capable even during life’s hardest moments.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typical follow-up session with me is to let the client drive where they want to go, what they want to address, and I will softly steer it to incorporate what the overall treatment goals and objectives aim to resolve. I listen intently, I choose my words carefully, and I do insert a bit of humor at times. One of the secrets to life is to find humor or lyrics in every day experiences.
