As an accomplished Psychoanalyst, my goal is to help you unlock your true potential within your relationships and career. While we can't change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges you face today. Often, we seek therapy when we feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, a life transition or a difficult relationship. I create an empathic, non-judgmental space where you can regain your balance, gain insight, and, ultimately, become more confident and secure. I tailor my approach to best address your needs and abilities. Sometimes, that means I provide straightforward, active strategies so you can feel more calm and empowered. At other times, it means I provide an open, reflective space where I help you experience your most connected, authentic self. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a masters degree from New York University, advanced psychoanalytic training from IPTAR and more than 20 years in the field helping clients experience their authentic and spontaneous selves.
