I use a person-centered approach with clients and meet client's where they are. I use mindfulness strategies to help clients reduce their symptoms and be able to live a more peaceful life.

they’re consistent, really good and she’s a great listener. i love coming to her when i have a chance…she really understands and goes through with every topic and never keeps a dull moment in her sessions. i truly like her as my therapist instead of my older one,she’s really great
