I'm Gottman certified level 1 which allows me to help couples manage the gap between them by opening up healthy communication streams and discovering what is behind maladaptive behaviors. We will demystify your uncomfortable inner experiences with psychoeducation on the mind and emotions so that you can become the master of your own life one step at a time.
