Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up quickly because I provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate environment. My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology, which means I bring advanced training and a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches, while also honoring each client’s unique background and values. We’ll move at your pace, set realistic goals together, and adapt therapy to your needs. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In a typical session, you can expect a supportive, collaborative space where we focus on your goals and what matters most to you. I start by getting to know your story, your strengths, and areas you’d like to work on. Sessions often include processing challenges, exploring thought and behavior patterns, and building practical coping skills you can apply outside of therapy. My approach is interactive and tailored—I ask thoughtful questions, share insights, and provide strategies grounded in evidence-based practices. Over time, sessions balance reflection, skill-building, and celebrating progress.

I accept a variety of insurance plans, which are listed on my profile. For in-network clients, I file claims directly using Headway or SimplePractice. I also accept FSA and HSA cards for out-of-pocket payments.
For out-of-network clients, I provide a detailed superbill and use Reimbursify to help streamline reimbursement, making it easier for you to submit claims and receive any insurance reimbursement. My goal is to make the payment and insurance process as straightforward as possible so you can focus on your care!
