What should a new client know about working with you?

I want you to know that therapy is a collaborative process — you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help guide and support you along the way. I bring compassion, honesty, and curiosity into each session, creating a space where you can safely explore your experiences without judgment. Our first session will focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that feels both realistic and meaningful. I often draw from approaches like DBT, trauma-focused therapy, and the Gottman Method to help you build insight, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships. I believe that growth happens when you show up authentically — even on the hard days. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and move toward living a life that feels true to who you are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to make the therapy process feel comfortable, supportive, and purposeful from the very beginning. Throughout our work, I’ll check in regularly about what’s helpful and what isn’t so we can adjust as needed. My goal is to make therapy a supportive, empowering experience that helps you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
