What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work from where the client is, and take time to build a good client/therapist relationship, as I find that is key to success. I have an eclectic approach, as I know that no on approach works with all clients, but most importantly, I am affirming. Some of the approaches I work with are Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Strength Based, Person Centered, Psychoeducational, Trauma Based, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit.
