She didn’t talk about money in a specific way and was a very very very down to earth listener who heard every word that came out of my mouth. I’m very critical and skeptical and have had many many many therapists over the years and believe me that is a lot. She’s a good one and I think I’ll press on and see how it goes! ”

Getting to know Dr. Susan Stucchi Duran

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other life difficulties. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and a Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Universidad Ricardo Palma.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to treatment is integrative and flexible. I also use EMDR to address problems stemming from trauma. My clinical expertise has developed over the course of many years of providing treatment to a very diverse group of people.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will work collaboratively to access your strengths and successfully address your challenges, whether they are relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, self regulation, depression or trauma.
