Hi, my name is Susan. I am a bilingual therapist with over 20 years of experience providing individual therapy focused on women's mental health. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychotherapy from the Silberman School of Social Work. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and concerns, supporting them in reaching their emotional wellness goals.
I specialize in depression and anxiety in adults, with an added focus on pregnancy and postpartum depression. I provide support to parents at all stages of child development. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
