Hello, I'm Susannah. The struggles of life can often weigh us down, and we can lose our way. Sometimes words are lost in grief, tied up in anxiety, or held in with anger. I want to help you on that road and support you as you find your path. In 2009, I graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have worked in many settings including private practice, inpatient and outpatient services, as well as corporate settings. I have primarily worked with adults and adolescents struggling with eating disorders, addictions, depression, and PTSD. During my career, I have worked with people from all walks of life who have similar struggles across several states. I focus on adults using cognitive behavioral techniques to analyze thought patterns and their impacts on behavior in daily life. By analyzing your thought patterns, you can find new ways to act and engage in all areas of life. I will always listen to your thoughts and walk with you on the path that you feel is right.
