As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of professional experience, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate through life's challenges. My areas of expertise include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, PTSD, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, and trauma.
