What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal in all sessions is to discuss and work through areas of importance, based on patient need. I am open and receptive to the needs of all patients and understand that a 'one size fits all approach' is not an effective approach. Rather, in collaboration with the patient, we will utilize therapeutic and treatment methodology that will best suit the patients need.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy by starting where the patient is. During the intake session, we will discuss areas of importance to the patient and will develop goals for treatment. In follow up sessions, we will check in to see how things went between sessions and continue to work through areas of importance while developing coping strategies to set the patient up for success.
