Getting to know Suzanne Northey

"Don't look back, you aren't going that way." Suzanne has over 25 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She believes we are all amazing humans with the potential to be even more amazing, satisfied, and in love with life. She wants us all to live to the fullest. She loves being a part of others' journey towards optimal happiness. That is why she very much enjoys being a therapist and life coach. Using a relational, holistic approach, she addresses each client's unique needs through insight, guidance, understanding, and support. She utilizes each client's strengths to facilitate positive change and believes that therapy is a collaborative process. She has expertise in addressing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship distress/challenges, and substance use. When not working, she enjoys outdoor activities, concerts, reading, writing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. Please note: We do not accept Medicaid but offer out-of-network benefits for eligible plans. If you require a diagnostic assessment with a written confirmation letter, a minimum of three (3) completed sessions is required.
