I have never experienced therapy quite like hers - this is to say that she is the perfect combination of listening, supporting, guiding, informing and educating. She has made such an impact on my life and has helped me to be a better person for myself and those around me. Suzy always backs up her guidance with practical applications, knowledge and philosophy. Her sessions are full of life. She is both gentle and also a powerhouse. She is real. And she does it all with a sense of humor. Highly HIGHLY recommend her.”

Working with Suzy has been a wonderful experience, I cannot recommend her enough. She listens so kindly, she is so thoughtful and intentional with her words, and she really sees you as a whole: body, mind, and heart. She guides you through conversations and daily practices that really help you continue to learn about yourself and the ways in which you interact with the world.
Suzy is the most incredible human to work with. After seeing a few different therapists over the years, I kept falling into the same cycle of analysis - feeling upset - validation - analysis. And I continued to get anxious and depressed and overwhelmed with life. I was almost ready to give up on therapy all together until my first session with Suzy. She was able to cut through this routine and set the foundation for what I truly needed: to include the heart in my healing process. I was trying to feel BETTER when I really needed to learn how to FEEL better. She has helped me become friends with reality, so I experience less angst and more connection. I have worked with her for a few years, and she is a steady, compassionate voice that continues to help me evolve and embrace living a truly meaningful life.
Working with Suzy over the past few years has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. She is an incredible therapist - smart, caring and insightful. I am not sure where I would be without Suzy and I am so grateful to have found her. I highly recommend Suzy and her services to anyone who is looking for a therapist.
Suzy is an incredible therapist. I've gone back to her at different stages of my life and feel truly blessed to have found her.
I've been seeing Suzy for years and she's helped me navigate through both big transitions and everyday life navigation. Her peaceful nature and thought-provoking communication is a great balance for me. One of my favorite parts about working with her is when I think I don't have anything to talk about. Those are the times when we end up really digging into important life stuff and I come away from our session with insights and tools that totally change my outlook. From working with Suzy, I've become a better, more balanced person and am more open to exploring the big themes.
I have been working with Suzy for several years now. We have worked through deep grief and the pain of divorce as well as the beginning of a new life and a new relationship. Suzy’s deep care and wisdoms have helped me find myself and heal. Her compassion and honesty continue to help me understand who I am and who I want to be in this life. I have worked with therapists in the past but none as skilled or passionate as Suzy. She has been instrumental in my ability to take charge of my life. ??????
Suzy brings unbiased support to whatever is brought up in session. She always helps me to see things in a whole new perspective and approaches everything with kindness and compassion. Most importantly she has helped me with my self love and has truly made my life so much better! I am beyond grateful that during the pandemic Suzy became available via zoom, I don’t know how I would have gotten through it without her. She is genuine and cares for her clients and great to have in your corner. I’m so happy I was referred to her so many years ago.
