My approach is direct but grounded in care, curiosity, and the belief that healing looks different for everyone. My practice is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and develop the tools they need for healing. I specialize in trauma-informed care, helping teens and adults understand and manage the impact of trauma on their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I often bring creativity into sessions—through art, writing, or other expressive work. I’m trained in multiple trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR and TF-CBT, and I use evidence-based methods alongside a client-centered approach to find what works best for you.
