I completed my Master of Arts in applied child and adolescent psychology at the University of Washington Seattle. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds. Though I specialize in working with youth ages 11-23, I greatly enjoy working with adults as well. I use a trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral approach while integrating DBT skills, solution-focused therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am particularly oriented towards the treatment of issues involving attachment trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, ADHD, autism, LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, bipolar I and II, and anxiety. I have made cultural responsiveness a priority when working with clients, so that clients of all racial and ethnic backgrounds will feel safe, respected, and heard.
