Hi! I’m Sydney, a trauma-informed therapist who’s deeply passionate about helping others rediscover their worth and recognize the value they bring to the world. I specialize in working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, EMDR, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating — in fact, it can be both meaningful and enjoyable. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through a compassionate, empathetic, and trauma-informed lens, I help people move toward healing with a blend of humor, warmth, and honesty. I believe in asking the tough questions when needed, and I’m not afraid to be a little direct — always with your best interests in mind. My work is grounded in a humanistic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. That means I see you as the expert in your own life, and together, we’ll build on your inner strengths to help you meet your goals in therapy — whether that’s working through past pain, building healthier relationships, or simply learning how to feel more like you again. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2022 from the University of Central Florida — which is also where I’m originally from. In 2020, I traded in the beach life for the mountains and made the move to Colorado. Since then, I’ve loved building community and making this beautiful state my home. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me outdoors — hiking in the mountains, connecting with nature, or enjoying a quiet moment curled up with my pup June and a good book.
