Ms. Green uses and eclectic approach to counseling to maintain patient centered approach. Ms. Green believes in building a strong patient rapport based on trust and open communication. She takes time to listen to each of her patients and work with them in a collaborative process to develop a plan based off of each patients concerns and goals. She will discuss diagnosis and treatment options with each patient in order to achieve each patients goals and desires and have it based off the patients values and life. Outside of her counseling office, Ms. Green enjoys running, building or remodeling her home, playing with her 4 dogs. She believes in having a health work and life balance in order to encourage her clients to do so as well. Wellness is important to Ms. Green and wants to impart that unto her clients. In addition to her counseling practice Ms. Green attends continued education in order to best serve her patients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*
