I utilize evidence-based practices and person-centered whole health approaches to help you meet your therapy goals. Together, we will assess where you are and decide on the goals that matter most to you. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you are making the right choice.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University, Tempe Campus, and am also a certified yoga teacher. I can incorporate yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into your treatment plan to support your healing and growth.
