We all experience tough times in our lives when we need extra support such as experiencing debilitating grief after a loss. I am committed to helping my clients learn how to build a healthier more fulfilling life. My integrative therapeutic approach supports my clients through their difficult times by guiding them with the use of evidence based therapy tools (CBT; IPT; mindfulness practices; and others) individualized to their healing journey. I believe in working together in a collaborative approach to help my clients reach their goals. It is an honor to help others realize that life can be beautiful again.
