Hello, I'm Tara. I would love an opportunity to help you identify, detach, and make new decisions regarding negative protective personalities that have been collected over the years. Through the process of spiritual and/or emotional growth, we can confront the issues that plague you. I am a solution-focused therapist where hard work and dedication can achieve any goals you desire. I have training in person-centered therapy as well as internal family systems. With you in control of your treatment plan, we can make success happen. I also have training and certification in trauma and spiritually based counseling. Spiritual therapy is a particular type of counseling that allows the client to build or rebuild a relationship with God in order to set their addictions free. If that is not for you, I also provide a very solution-focused, goal-oriented approach to the issues. This is the time to get honest and focus on you and what is important to you. I would love to be a part of your journey. At this time, I am only seeing clients virtually.
