Love and Healing Therapy provides a safe place for clients to learn skills for dealing with today and the future. Sometimes it is not easy to be in present day if we are carrying around the past. Many have been taught to put on the mask and all will be well. Sometimes we need help to let the mask fall and see the real person. My studies have led me to working with Bipolar and border line personality disorder. I also work with partners or parents of persons with Neurodivergence. It can sometimes be difficult to navigate those relationships. Is life difficult right now? Please reach out. We can have a conversation to see if we are the correct fit. Therapy is about the relationship between you and your therapist. You want to be able to feel comfortable with your therapist to be able to open up.
