I tailor our work based on what feels most helpful for you. I'm bilingual in English and Mandarin and understand Cantonese, and I’m especially passionate about supporting clients navigating cultural identity, life transitions, or family pressures. Together, we’ll work toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I see therapy as a space for healing and self-discovery—a place where you can feel truly heard, accepted, and supported. I know starting therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where it’s safe to be yourself. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In the first session I will complete an intake assessment to gather as much information to better assess and get to know you, your history, and what concerns have brought you to therapy and therefore set up goals. The following sessions, we will engage in talk therapy while pulling from various modalities to help you achieve your goals. Our sessions are 45 min in length on a weekly basis.
Please allow 15 minutes before the session to do the intake paperwork.

So first of all I was trying to get help for prescription for my problem and the communication letting me know that he does not prescribe medication was poor also I could barely understand the guy his English was very bad and I wasted an hour of my time talking about my personal issues when I already have a counselor and I told him that and he just wanted to set up another appointment and I said I already have therapists that I speak with I'm trying to find a physician for medication so I'm very upset and very mad that nobody could actually help me I wasted a lot of time setting this appointment up and following through with it for my issue to not even get close to coming to a resolution
