What should a new client know about working with you?

I am committed to being my true self during our sessions. You can expect genuine interactions where I am open and honest. I believe in clear and open communication. I will strive to provide information and insights in a straightforward manner to ensure you have a complete understanding of our therapeutic process. I value direct communication and won't shy away from addressing important topics. I believe in discussing issues openly to foster understanding and growth. My approach is rooted in authenticity. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, and I will also bring my genuine self to our sessions. While I may challenge you to explore new perspectives and insights, it will always be done with positive regard and respect. My goal is to support your growth and self-discovery.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will do a meet and greet via virtual video calling. I provide information about myself and my practice. I will then get you to discuss presenting challenges and symptoms. Then we work together on creating a rapport. You are not ever alone in this journey. I often tell my clients that it is teamwork that is involved to strive to improve growth.
