Tiffany has experience working with individuals from various populations, including children, adults, and families. She is knowledgeable and skilled in assisting clients through a variety of emotional and behavioral struggles, as well as difficult life circumstances. Tiffany values and emulates an empathetic, open, unbiased, and all-inclusive therapeutic approach, creating a safe space for all thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. She holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Longwood University and is currently a Resident in Counseling.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Tiffany is a graduate of Longwood University with her undergraduate degree in psychology and M.S. in Counseling. She has worked with adolescents in day treatment programs, families and children who experience foster care, adults with co-occurring challenges and has worked as a special education teacher in a high school.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Tiffany considers her therapeutic technique to be eclectic. She meets clients where they are by beginning with a person-centered approach and collaboratively creating treatment plans to meet clients goals. Her passion is to guide individuals to find personal contentment and value by working alongside them to help them ascertain healthy coping skills.
