I'm an introverted extrovert and a caring therapist from Sumter, SC. I became my uncle's primary caregiver at 16 when he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. I've dedicated my life to helping others improve their health. I have a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Winthrop University. With 13 years of experience as a medical social worker and mental health professional, I currently provide virtual therapy in Washington. I work with individuals aged 18 and up, addressing issues such as women's issues, depression, anxiety, grief, family issues, life transitions, adjustment issues, and chronic illnesses. I use various therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to become self-reliant and improve their health.
