While doing that, we will also uncover how you can move into a more fulfilling experience of your day-to-day life by cultivating more honest and courageous patterns in relationships that matter to you. My approach is based in psychodynamic, analytic, relational, and interpersonal foundations. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University, which informs my commitment to providing thoughtful and compassionate care.
