My therapy style is collaborative and supportive. I view our work together as a team effort—you're not in this alone. We’ll start by identifying your goals, if you have them, and talk about what you’re hoping to get out of our sessions. I want this to be a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Depending on your needs, I may suggest activities we can do during our time together or offer tasks you can try outside of sessions to help you build on what we discuss. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and gain confidence in managing relationship challenges, stress, and other life transitions. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a consultation. This first meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine whether I’m the right fit for your needs. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for in a therapist, the challenges you’re facing, and how I might be able to support you. If we both feel it’s a good match, we’ll move forward by scheduling an official first session. That session will include an initial assessment, where we’ll take a closer look at your current concerns and begin identifying goals for your therapy. From there, each session will be guided by those goals and tailored to your needs. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.
