It is a passion of mine to help individuals find peace and healing in their lives. I believe that everyone has the power within them to feel whole and happy. Sometimes, we just need some guidance. That's where I step in. My professional experience has taught me that most people already have the answers they seek but sometimes need a little help to find them. I have experience working with trauma in many different forms. I can help you understand how different situations in your life can trigger trauma responses. I can help you understand that trauma comes in many forms and your body can respond in a variety of ways. I understand that there are times when discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. I help first responders and government employees tackle their mental health needs with discretion. You are the expert on you. I am here to help you find peace, self-awareness, personal growth, healing, and wellness. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Central Michigan University and my Bachelor's degree from Baker College. I am honored and proud to walk with you through a healing experience. I can help you understand that trauma comes in many forms and your body can respond in a variety of ways.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When meeting with a new individual in the therapeutic setting, I like to get to know the person as much as possible, including their presenting needs. I like to offer psychoeducation as much as possible in identifying the concerns as well as diagnosis. I feel it is important for the client to be as active in the therapeutic process as possible.
