What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I create a space where clients feel seen and supported. I also work with men facing depression and those with personality or trauma-related concerns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I offer a free fifteen minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Sessions are available in Denver and via telehealth across Colorado. Together, we’ll build clarity, coping strategies, and a path forward.
