Hello. My name is Tina, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. I have worked with children as a teacher and a counselor for several years. Working in community mental health, with children and adults, has been my favorite position thus far. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. My passion is assisting people with overcoming whatever keeps them from living their most fulfilling lives.
