Hi there:
The doctor I went to see was not even at the office. They couldn’t locate her and once I got someone on the phone, they said she may have been on vacation.
This feels irresponsible. Especially since I received countless emails and texts about not being late and even an email from ZocDoc stating that I shouldn't be late or no show so as not to be banned from using the service in the future.
Furthermore, it took 15 minutes to register prior to arriving.
When I called the office they couldn’t offer me any help and I ended up leaving the call frustrated. I'm so frustrated especially since it's the holidays when mental health is so important, and I was really just trying to help myself.
I keep receiving messages about the appointment via text and email. I don't know that there is anything that ZocDoc can do, but I did want to make this known.
