I’ll stay with you as you discover new dimensions of self-knowledge and expression, so life can feel less like something to survive and more like something you can meet with clarity, connection, and joy.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Authenticity helps us heal, which is why I work transparently and collaboratively, always at a pace that honors where you’re starting from. My own identities and a background in research have taught me to meet everyone with a beginner’s mind, centering unique experiences over preconceptions. I speak English and Spanish natively and work in both languages.

Tony immediately put me @ ease. I’ve been in therapy for 3 years and feel nervous about returning to such a vulnerable place of a new therapist. Tony addressed my worries of a grounding meditation and made me feel so cared for in the way he listens. Now we start every session w/ a grounding exercise and our relationship has really helped me to face pain & fear differently and feel like I learn new, insightful interpretations in every session
