Getting to know Tracy Carpenter

The provider is a “Licensed Professional Counselor" and their license number is 37PC00331500 I have been working as a psychotherapist for over twenty-five years. I love working with people, helping them find the path they want to take and supporting them in meeting their goals. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling and Applied Psychology from Immaculata University. I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and have been certified as a Certified Addictions Counselor (CADC), School Social Worker (to conduct in-school assessments), and most recently, Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I work with a wide variety of clients who struggle with a broad range of mental health issues, addiction, or a combination of the two. I also support clients dealing with stress, family and communication issues, grief, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and young adults living at home who are struggling to become independent. Finally, I see many older clients who need support transitioning into retirement.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
