I provide a safe and protected space for you to express and work through feelings that may have captured your best energy and left you feeling stuck. My philosophy is to offer care for the person as a whole. Together, we will find new ways of thinking about problems and build skills to move forward with your life. I have been a clinician for 24 years and love my work. I can gently and firmly challenge you and will help nurture and contain the most fragile, distressed parts of yourself. My unique skills are in the expressive arts and using creative modalities with clients to help express themselves when they have struggled to find the words or feel lost on where to begin. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Radford University and a Bachelor's degree from Guilford College.
