What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is based in loving confrontation. After I get to know you and have a crystal clear understanding of what brings you to therapy and what you would like to get out of it, I actively work with you to bring about the changes you seek. My support of you will involve providing compassionate challenge with the aim of generating transformational change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first few sessions are purely so that I can get as nuanced a view of who you are as possible. Once we are absolutely certain that we are on the same page and working towards the same ends, the 'therapy' will start in earnest. I usually work with clients for 6 months to a year for them to experience the transformations they seek.
