Hi! I have been a licensed clinical social worker for 30 years and have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize Solution-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy techniques to help clients make sense of their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. I consider myself an LGBTQIA ally and I understand alternative relationship choices. Your treatment is based on your own personal goals. We will establish what you want things to look like when you are done with therapy, and work on a plan together to get where you want to go. You're in charge because you know yourself best, but I can help make things clearer for you to make choices that are best for you. I am very comfortable treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and occupational problems. I can also help you work through family of origin issues that may be impacting you today.
