I specialize in working with burnout, chronic stress, identity wounds, anxiety, complex trauma (cPTSD), and a sense of disconnection or lack of meaning. I also help professionals find peace from the anxiety, stress and uncertainty that holds them back from appreciating these years. What does peace of mind look like to you? Together, we will craft that vision, hold onto it for dear life, blow breath and life into it. You are worthy of having a beautiful life. It’s waiting for you, just on the other side of the beliefs and thoughts that tell you that you're not. I invite you to reach out and take a big step toward owning your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a trauma-informed LPC with ACT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and ACS training. I help people untangle the complex web of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck, so they can reconnect with what truly matters to them and move toward a more fulfilling life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Three words that describe me best are kind, empathic, and open. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently challenged in service of your growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a Buddhist understanding of suffering—its origins, its patterns, and how we can relate to it with compassion and awareness.
