Trinity Perry, LPC

Trinity Perry, LPC

Psychotherapist
1100 W 38th Ave, Denver, CO
I believe healing does not have to happen through words alone. My approach is holistic, humanistic, and client-led, grounded in the belief that therapy works best as a collaborative process that builds on your existing strengths and insights. I am trained in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and I draw on CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing to meet you where you are. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I integrate expressive techniques such as drama therapy, art, music, and dance/movement to help clients explore experiences that may be harder to put into words. Humor and creative expression are central to my work, and I believe that a genuine laugh or a willingness to try something unconventional can foster trust and connection. I work with adults ages 18 and older navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, shame, guilt, chronic stress, discrimination, racial trauma, and gender identity concerns. I have a particular interest in supporting high achievers and perfectionists who feel exhausted by the pressure to hold it all together, helping them find greater balance and steadier footing amid life's uncertainties. Whether you are working through a specific experience or simply feel that something needs to change, I offer a space where meaningful work and personal growth can happen without losing sight of humor, creativity, and the freedom to be fully human.
