I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the beautiful state of Colorado. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your physical health, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I specialize in a wide range of areas including anger management, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, gender identity, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, and trauma.
